1. Droit de Rétractation
1.1. Vous disposez d’un délai de 14 jours calendaires à compter de la réception de votre commande pour exercer votre droit de rétractation sans avoir à justifier de motifs ni à payer de pénalités.
1.2. Pour exercer votre droit de rétractation, vous devez nous notifier votre décision de retourner les produits en nous envoyant un e-mail à contact@chefpeper.fr .
2. Conditions de Retour
2.1. Les produits retournés doivent être dans leur état d’origine, non utilisés, non endommagés et dans leur emballage d’origine.
2.2. Les produits personnalisés ou fabriqués sur mesure ne peuvent pas être retournés sauf en cas de défaut de fabrication ou de non-conformité avec la commande.
3. Frais de Retour
3.1. Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client, sauf en cas de défaut de fabrication ou de non-conformité avec la commande.
4. Processus de Retour
4.1. Pour retourner un produit, veuillez nous contacter à contact@chefpeper.fr pour obtenir un numéro de retour et des instructions de retour.
4.2. Les produits retournés doivent être expédiés à l’adresse suivante :

5. Remboursement
5.1. Une fois que nous aurons reçu et inspecté les produits retournés, nous vous enverrons un e-mail pour vous informer que nous avons bien reçu votre retour. Nous procéderons ensuite au remboursement dans un délai de 7 jours ouvrables.
5.2. Le remboursement sera effectué selon le mode de paiement original, sauf demande contraire du client.
